The time on the Iridium satellite network is reset (Re-Epoch) at specific times. This Re-Epoch may cause the date and time display on your Iridium Satellite Phone (Iridium Extreme) to be incorrect. If this occurs, please take the following steps.
Key Sequence Method:
- Dial *#99#2025021418141710# -> Press the green key.
- Restart handset and allow to register on the Iridium® network.
- Handset will now display the correct time.
Note: If the time displayed is incorrect, check your time zone settings: Select “Menu” -> Select “Setup” -> Select “Time Zone” -> Select desired “UTC time zone”. Handset will display correct time.
